Connex Rewards Incentives Program’s Rules

General

  1. These Rules relate to Connex (“Program”) run by Xerox Corporation, 14025 NW 60th Ave, Miami Lakes, FL, 33014.
  2. The Program will be a web-based program run from http://www.myconnexrewards.com (“Website”) by Marketlogic:                  MarketLogic, Esperanto Inc dba MarketLogic
    P.O. Box 228505, 33222 Miami
  3. By placing an order and/or using the Website you accept these Program Rules and the Terms and Conditions of the Website in their entirety and confirm that you have obtained the consent of your employer for participation (where required). If you do not agree to be bound by these you may not use or access this Website. In addition, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, regulations, rules, contractual limitations and employment policies (if any) in relation to your participation in this program and your acceptance of rewards and prizes.
  4. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or withdraw the Program in total or in part at any time.


Eligibility Requirements

  1. The Program is open to Xerox distributors and their employees (“Participants”).
  2. Participation in this Program will be deemed to be acceptance of the Website Terms & Conditions, these Rules and any subsequent literature issued from time to time in relation to the Program. You will need to confirm your acceptance of the rules of the Program (“Program Rules”) and the Terms & Conditions when you register as a Participant.


Program Period

  1. This program begins at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST)  and runs on an ongoing basis until terminated or cancelled by Xerox Corporation’s decision.
  2. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Program in total or in part at any time.


How the Program Works

  1. Once you have registered and accepted the Website Terms &Conditions and these Program Rules, you will be able to log in and access your account using your secure username and password. Your account statement will be automatically updated once a change is made, and this will reflect a complete record of earned points and purchased rewards.
  2. Every Quarter you will receive a list of participant products whose sales are eligible for point acquisition.
  3. The exact amount of points that you are able to acquire for each reported sale will be in accordance with your defined Connex Role.
  4. Throughout the Program Period, Participants will be able to collect points for sales of Eligible Products and use points to redeem incentives as advertised on the redemptions catalog of this Website.
  5. Each time you use your points to redeem an incentive the appropriate number of points will be debited automatically from your account.
  6. Xerox will appoint a special group of participants with higher responsibilities within the program. This group will be known from now on as “Champions”. It will be the “Champions” responsibility to: a) inform about new entries as well as inactive users from the program, b) Sharing of the complete monthly sales report (whicb must include non-participant products) and c) Timely Sell Out file upload within the specified timeframes.
  7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of an authorized representative of Xerox Corporation will be final.


Points

  1. Points are the currency used within the program (“Points”) and are redeemable for rewards from the program redemptions catalog. Currently these rewards go from $50 to $500USD. They may change withouth previous notice.
  2. Points for Xerox sales will be awarded as follows: Participants will earn points for the sale of eligible Xerox products, the amount of points will be determined by their unique user type. Points obtained will have a life of 6 months. Notice: (Only Mexico – Canales) If you reside in Mexico all reported products must be connected to the respective Xerox Tool (XPC/XPPS) in order to generate Connex Points.
  3. A calendar with non-negotiable uploading dates will be available. All sales must be uploades by the Champions each month and participants will receive points automatically once correctly registered. Points for ongoing promotions and other miscellaneous themes will be awarded at the end of each Quarter or when the current promotion ends.
  4. After the expiration date (on the sixth month), all points that have not been used will be automatically deleted from the system and from the respective profile. It’s each user responsiblility to make sure to have used all acquired points before their expiration date.


Eligible Products

  1. The Program applies to the sale of eligible products (referred to as “Eligible Products” herein) under the Terms & Conditions set out in these Program Rules. Participants will receive points from Eligible Product sales meeting the program criteria. All serial numbers will be validated once and only once. Notice: (Only Mexico – Canales) Elegible Products will be validated twice: 1.- When uploading a Sell Out file and 2.- When confirming that the item in question is connected to the respective Xerox Tool.
  2. We reserve the right to modify the Eligible Products and the number of points awarded during the Program without prior notice to all Participants. Please refer to the Website or to the customer support team (support@myconnexrewards.com) for any changes or updated information.


Using Your Connex Points

  1. You can use your points to redeem incentives available from the website catalog. These incentives range from USD$50 to $500. All redemptions will be made strictly in accordance with the site’s current Rules and Terms & Contitions.
  2. All redemptions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to add or remove products/options in the rewards catalog at our sole discretion without prior notice.
  3. Each participant is responsible for the timely renovation of their Connex Credit Card. Following International Banking regulations, those cards that are not renewed within 60 days following their expiration will be stripped from their funds.


Termination of the Program

  1. We reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time with or without prior notice to you. Any notice, if applicable, will be by email to the address you submitted on registration for the Program. We will not be liable in the event that you do not receive or see any such email notification. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the correct email address and to check your email and server. In addition, any notice of termination will be published on the Website.
  2. In the event that any notice has been given in respect of the termination of the Program, you will be notified of the timeframe in which you must use the points you have accumulated with the available rewards. After such time, the points that have not been used will be eliminated from the system and from your records. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you use all the points that you have accrued in this situation.
  3. Your account will be closed inmediately should you breach the Terms & Conditions contained in these Rules or the Website’s Terms & Conditions.
  4. If you leave your employment with the organization participating in the Program during the Program Period, any points allocated to you will become void and your account closed on the date you leave your place of employment.
